complete our online form
give our friendly team a call on 04 389 7122
When we see you or speak with you, we’ll take down some details. The information gathered helps us to work out what other support we may be able to provide, and to get the right people to support you and your needs. All the information you provide to us is confidential.
If someone in your household, or whanau is struggling, feel free to get in touch as well and we can discuss options.
Please remember, we’re not a crisis service and are unable to provide 24/7 support, and are only reachable during our office hours: 9am-4:30pm
